Over the years, I’ve hired, promoted, coached, and partnered with Customer Success professionals at every stage of their careers, from individual contributors to executives. I’ve seen firsthand what actually helps people grow, advance, and succeed in today’s complex and competitive CS landscape.

I created PeakSparq to help ambitious operators gain clarity and confidence in their next move. Whether that means finding the right role, stepping into leadership, or building a personal brand that truly reflects their experience and potential, my goal is knowing you walk away with direction and momentum.
My Story
Customer Success has never felt like just a job title to me. It has been a responsibility, a craft, and often the place where real pressure shows up. The pressure to retain customers, grow revenue, support teams, and still be the calm, steady presence in the room.

Over the years, I’ve led global Customer Success, Solutions, and Services teams through growth, change, and uncertainty. I’ve been in rooms where we talked about expansion and retention targets. I’ve also been in moments where teams were reorganized, roles changed, and hard decisions had to be made. I’ve rebuilt teams, supported people through tough transitions, and partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to move the business forward.

What stood out to me again and again was this:
